Salam buat semua anak buah yang di kasihi.
OPS PAYUNG MENGHADAPI BANJIR/HUJAN LEBAT SEMASA SPM DI KEDAH.

1. Ops ini hendaklah diaktifkan menjelang SPM (membuka bilik gerakkan di semus ppd dan jpn) dan nombor talipon pegawai bertugas hendaklah di maklumkan dari semasa ke semasa - tindakan unit hem jpn dan ppd.
2. Pegawai/warga pendidik di semua daerah diminta memberi maklumat segera kpd  unit hem ppd atau jpn jika ada sekolah yg terjejas banjir.
3. Unit hem di semua daerah di minta menyediakan pelan kontingensi penginapan jika banjir.
4. Unit peperiksaan di semua daerah di minta menyediakan pelan kontingensi jika ada calon-calon yg menumpang kerana banjir.
5. Sekolah-sekolah diminta (melalui semua ppd) agar menyediakan pelan tindakkan untuk memastikan semua calon selesa menduduki SPM - seperti cara-cara untuk sampai ke sekolah, pakaian, makanan dll.
6. Semua staf di semua ppd dan jpn dlm keadaan siap siaga.
7.  Unit hem sila bermesyuarat  dari semasa ke semasa bila difikirkan perlu
